THINGS TO KNOW
3-Day General Admission: tickets are valid for all three (3) days for one person. General Admission is first come first serve, lawn chair seating. Please bring your own chair. Blankets and lounge chair seating is not permitted in the main seating area. Your 3-Day electronic bar-coded ticket will be exchanged for a 3-Day wristband at the gate. Wristbands are non-transferable among individuals. Tickets are considered invalid once they have been scanned. Do not remove your General Admission wristband. It must be worn the entire weekend. This is your admittance band. Any wristband that appears tampered with will become invalid and not accepted at the gate. Country Stampede is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands.
VIP Tickets: include an assigned seat within the first 27 rows, VIP parking & admittance into the exclusive VIP hospitality area where you will receive two catered meals, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, 8 alcoholic drinks per day for 21 and older, indoor dining areas, private indoor restrooms, and exclusive VIP entertainment and a cash bar. Camping is not included. Your VIP electronic bar-coded ticket will be exchanged for a wristband at VIP check-in. As a VIP patron, you have the option of redeeming an “ALL DAYS” ticket for a 3-Day VIP wristband or you can redeem your tickets daily. Please note: once the “ALL DAYS” ticket has been redeemed, the individual daily tickets are no longer valid. Tickets are invalid once they have been scanned. The wristband is your admittance band. Any wristband that appears tampered with will become invalid and not accepted at the gate. Your VIP parking passes will be MAILED out in May. Upon arrival, everyone in the vehicle must show their wristband to enter the campground or general parking areas.
Reserved Seating Tickets: include an assigned seat located within the Reserved seating sections. Parking, camping and VIP amenities are NOT included! This is a reserved seat only! Your seat number is located on your ticket. Please present your ticket at the Main Box office to receive your wristband. Tickets are invalid once they have been scanned. Any wristband that appears tampered with will become invalid and not accepted at the gate.
Parking: No overnight parking allowed in any of the General Parking areas. Vehicles must be removed by 3:00 a.m.
Vehicles left overnight will be towed and impounded. $100 per day release fee. Vehicles may be released after 8:00 a.m. Check in at the Main Box Office on the east side of the festival grounds. Tailgating is prohibited. General parking passes are valid in general parking areas only. No campground admittance.
Camping: Spend your days with the stars and your nights under the stars! Reserve a campsite to experience the whole festival experience. All campsites are within walking distance from the main festival area, offering easy access to and from your campsite. Each campsite includes one sleeping unit and parking for one vehicle or "steering wheel." Have an extra you need to bring? You can purchase one extra vehicle pass per campsite, for a total of two steering wheels. All vehicles must fit on your 25X40 site. If you think they will not, then you will need to purchase an additional campsite. All campers must have an admission ticket to the festival. Admission tickets are not included with camping!
Security: Security personnel are on duty around the clock for the entire weekend. Your full cooperation with them will be greatly appreciated. In the event of a problem, look for a police officer or security staff for assistance!
Entrance/Exit Gates: Security will check all bags before entrance. Absolutely NO food or beverage carry-ins of any kind allowed; this includes water. No coolers are permitted. Small empty bottles with fans and empty cups/mugs are permitted. Potable water is available on site. Gates open at1 pm each day of the festival.
Food & Beverages: Our food court offers a wide variety of your favorite festival foods. No outside food or beverages are permitted in the festival area.
Other Bits & Pieces:
Numerous sponsors aid in the promotion of Country Stampede and offer you great opportunities. Many have booth set up on site. Please show your appreciation by stopping by to say hi!
Medical staff are located on-site for emergencies.
All persons attending Country Stampede do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers,
promoters, sponsors, or others.
Pets are prohibited in the campgrounds and festival area.
No unauthorized aircraft, including drones.
No video recorders are allowed.
No weapons of any kind are permitted in any area.
Personal ATVs & golf carts are prohibited.
No laser pointers.
No drugs or underage drinking will be tolerated on any of the Country Stampede grounds.
Designate a driver! Country Stampede supports the Designated Driver concept. We urge you to decide before your visit to the Country Stampede who will be the designated driver for your group. Please don’t drink and drive! There is a designated rideshare pickup and drop off area.
Umbrellas may be used between performances only. They must be taken down during any stage performance.
Handicapped: Country Stampede makes every attempt to be handicapped accessible. Limited handicapped parking is
available for those vehicles displaying the handicapped emblem on their license plates. Country Stampede offers
handicapped seating to those with a valid Handicapped Identification Card! This offers seating for the handicapped person and ONE escort. Due to limited space and visibility, we simply cannot offer seating for the whole family or group in this area.
Country Stampede IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
