IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

In the spirit of making Country Stampede an enjoyable experience for everyone, 

please read all rules and regulations, as they will be strictly enforced.

 

• All persons entering the campground must have admission tickets to Country Stampede. Anyone found in any
  camping areas without the proper passes are subject to trespassing charges.

• ATVs, golf carts and other recreational vehicles are prohibited from use. They will be impounded and assessed an impound fee. Please be courteous to your neighbors. Have fun but respect others. Anyone acting abusive or causing trouble will be removed from the festival grounds.

​

• All minors attending Country Stampede must be accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian.

​

• People who sneak into Country Stampede without paying may be ticketed for trespassing. Any violators of the law may be subject to arrest.

​

• No motorcycles unless identified as an additional vehicle

​

• Campsites must be kept clean throughout the weekend! Bag all trash and refuse and place it alongside the road for pick up each morning. We appreciate your help in keeping Heartland Motorsports Park clean.

​

• All campsites must be cleaned and all camping equipment removed by 5pm, Sunday, July 17 th . Place garbage in trash bags and leave along the road for pick up. We will assess a cleanup fee of $100 to campsite purchasers if site is not found in original condition.

​

• Please do not park or abandon vehicles on the campground roads. Illegally parked vehicles will be impounded, and you will be assessed an impound fee. All guests are asked to observe the NO PARKING and ONE-WAY signs, as well as the established speed limit of 5mph in the camping areas. Cruising is prohibited. There will be no incoming traffic allowed after 10pm and before 7am starting Tuesday night.

• Charging for any kind of beverage at private parties is illegal

​

• Unauthorized vending is strictly prohibited

​

• Kegs and glass containers are not allowed in any camping area. These items will be confiscated.

​

• NO pets are allowed

​

• NO weapons of any kind are permitted in any area

​

• No Drones, no fireworks and no lasers allowed.

​

• Fires are permitted only in off the ground fire rings and cooking grills. Heartland Motorsports Park is not equipped with these and campers must provide their own. All fires must always be attended. Absolutely no bonfires or pit fires! Special instructions pertaining to fires may be in effect depending on weather conditions. Please ask our staff for current conditions

​

• No overnight parking in any of the General Parking areas. Vehicles in General Parking must be removed by 3:00 a.m. Vehicles left overnight will be towed and impounded. $100 per day release fee.

Campground Schedule

 

• Camp check-in opens Tuesday, July 12th for early check in. Check-in will be open daily from 9am – 9pm Tuesday - Saturday. When camp check-in is not open you are not permitted to enter the campgrounds if you have not checked in

• All campers checking in will be required to have festival tickets, event camping, and parking permits. Anyone not possessing the proper passes will be asked to leave the campgrounds.

• You should bring your camper with the water tank fully loaded. Tank fill and empty will be available for a fee.

CAMPGROUND LOCATIONS

​

Country Stampede offers several different camping options to fit your needs. All campsites are on grass and include one sleeping unit and one vehicle.

 

PLATINUM

A 25x50 reserved campsite located in a gated prime location. Included in the price is 50 amp
electrical service, water tank fill and a courtesy pump during the event, and additional exclusive
perks. Enter at Gate E for check in.

 

GOLD

A 25x45 reserved campsite located in a gated prime location. Included in the price is 50 amp
electrical service, water tank fill and a courtesy pump during the event. Enter at Gate A for check-in.

SILVER ELECTRIC

25x45 reserved site along the perimeter of Silver camping with 50 amp electrical service and 2am

noise curfew. Includes one vehicle and one sleeping unit. Enter at Gate A for check-in.

 

SILVER NON-ELECTRIC

25x45 reserved campsite with no hookups in the inner area of Silver camping. 2am noise curfew.

Includes one vehicle and one sleeping unit. Enter at Gate A for check-in.

 

RUSTIC 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6

A 25x40 reserved campsite with 2am noise curfew with no hookups. Includes one vehicle and

one sleeping unit per site. Enter at Gate A for check-in.

 

FAMILY CAMPING

A 25x40 reserved campsite with 12am noise curfew with no hookups. Includes one vehicle and

one sleeping unit per site. Enter at Gate A for check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR RV AND/OR VEHICLES EXCEED THE CAMPSITE DIMENSIONS YOU WILL
NEED TO PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE.

 

We remind everyone camping at Heartland Motorsports Park that they do so at their own risk. The facility reserves the right to refuse admission, eject any person violating the facility, local, state or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management. Heartland Motorsports Park, the promoters, managers, and owners of the Country Stampede assume no responsibility for the actions of any guests or visitors to these areas.
