Since releasing his chart-topping 2011 album, Barefoot Blue Jean Night, Jake Owen has arrived. To date, the album has launched back-to-back, multi-week No. 1 hits with the PLATINUM-selling title track and the GOLD-certified "Alone with You." The four-time American Country Awards nominee's current single from the album, "The One That Got Away," is already Top 5-and-climbing at country radio. After playing to packed stadiums this summer on Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw's blockbuster 'Brothers of the Sun' Tour, Jake has launched his first headlining tour, CMT ON TOUR JAKE OWEN: THE SUMMER NEVER ENDS 2012, and is making CMT history with reaching the most consecutive sold-out shows since the tour's inception eleven years ago. Jake's ode to summer, his new Endless Summer EP, made an impressive debut at #2 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. He has appeared on Good Morning America, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel LIVE and Chelsea Lately. Jake first captured the national spotlight with his hits "Startin' with Me," "Don't Think I Can't Love You" and "Eight Second Ride." His revival of "Life in a Northern Town" with Sugarland and Little Big Town in 2008 earned him Grammy and CMA Award nominations. Jake was named 2009's Top New Male Vocalist by the Academy of Country Music, and earlier this year, Entertainment Weekly's music issue ranked him among "The 30 Greatest Artists Right Now."
