Country Stampede Charity Donation Guidelines

Country Stampede is committed to giving back to the community that supports our event, and we sincerely appreciate your interest in having Country Stampede donate tickets to your cause.

Due to the high volume of requests that we receive every year, we ask that you follow the procedure below to obtain a donation.

• Due to the large number of requests we receive we cannot accept specific ticket requests. We offer a pair of Thursday general admission tickets for your organization to use for fundraising purposes.
• Your organization must be a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization.
• Requests must be made using our Donation Request form (below).
• You may only make one request per organization per year.
• We must receive your request no more than four weeks before the event.
• We will contact you for a copy of your IRS determination letter if you are accepted to receive a donation.
• The donation must be used for fundraising purposes only.
