About the Festival
Kicker Country Stampede presented by Verizon Wireless is an annual four-day country music and camping festival helf the last full weekend in June at Tuttle Creek State Park in Manhattan, KS. The event features multiple live stages with performances from today's biggest stars, mouth-watering vendor food, shopping, interactive exhibits, a rocking saloon, camping and much, much, more. Past performers include Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, and Keith Urban to name a few.
Location
Country Stampede is held at Tuttle Creek State Park, located approximately five miles north of Manhattan on US Highway 24 / Tuttle Creek Blvd. We are less than an hour away from Topeka and Salina and approximately two hours away from Wichita and Kansas City, as well as Lincoln and Omaha, NE.
18th Annual Country Stampede
The 18th annual Country Stampede will take place June 27-28-29-30, 2013. Country music superstar Jason Aldean is set to take the stage on Friday June 28th. We will have many more exciting acts to announce, so stay tuned!
Attendance
The 2012 Country Stampede saw an attendance of about 165,000 throughout the entire weekend. And thanks to the giant 94.5 Country Starscreen, everybody got to see their favorite artists five larger than life performances.
Campsites
Get the full Country Stampede experience by being one of the many thousands of Stampeders who make our campgounds home during the festival. The beatuful Tuttle Creek State Park features over 2,400 campsites, bath houses with showers and restrooms, dumping stations, and a limited number of electrical hookups. Primitive campsites are available for sale now. Sites with eletrical and water hook-ups are available for sale now. Sites with electrical and water hook-ups are sold by phone only in early December.
