Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
- Am I allowed to bring my own food and beverages into the festival area?
Sorry, no food or beverage carry-ins allowed and this includes
water. Empty spray bottles with fans or empty Stampede mugs are
allowed.
- Are there seats available or do I bring my lawn chair or blanket?
Bring your lawn chair. Please, no chaise lounge type chairs. Blankets
are not permitted as seating in the main festival seating area.
- Is there disabled accessible seating, restrooms and parking?
Yes. There is seating available to the left of the VIP
section. The disabled person and one (1) assistant may
sit in this section. Seating is limited, so please ask
other family members and friends to remain in the general
seating area. One disabled accessible restroom is a short
distance away from the seating section and others are
located elsewhere on the festival grounds. If you are
in need of disabled parking, please be sure to display
your state, city or county hang tag or license plate.
- Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed except personal assistant or guide dogs.
- What is the traffic like going to the Stampede?
Traffic does get a little heavy at certain times of the day. It
is best to come early and stay late to avoid delays. Be sure
to tune to 94 Country, 94.5 FM for traffic updates and weather.
- Are there children's ticket prices available?
Yes. 5yrs and under are free, 6-12yrs $15 per day or $25 for the
weekend. Children's tickets must be purchased at the gate.
- Do I need a special pass to get into the camping area?
Yes. In order to gain access to the camping area, you must have
purchased a camping pass and also possess a 4-day festival ticket.
You will receive one campsite vehicle parking pass that will
allow you to come and go as needed and one pass that must be
affixed to your sleeping unit. You will exchange your 4-day ticket
at the gate for a weekend wristband that will allow you in and
out privileges to the festival. You must wear your wristband
all weekend!
- I know I can't bring in food or beverages, but may I bring in a bag with wet-wipes, sun block, and a towel?
Yes. All bags are subject to being searched at the gate by security.
- I heard that Country Stampede was moving from Manhattan. Is this true?
Country Stampede will continue to be held at Tuttle Creek State Park, Manhattan, Kansas.
- How do I become a vendor at Country Stampede?
Click here for more information on becoming a vendor.
- How does the four day wristband work?
Your concert ticket is exchanged at the front gate for a wristband. The wristband becomes your passport to re-enter the festival. Please take care of your wristband as it will not be replaced. Wristbands are non-transferable and are void if tampered with. All wristbands will be placed on the right wrist.
You can exchange your tickets for wristbands beginning Thursday morning at Campground Check In or Thursday afternoon at either the East or West Festival entrance gates.”
